How can I check my plan billing information?
You can check your billing and payment information with the Boost Infinite app. Simply open the app and you’ll see both My Bill and My Plan information. Tap either to view more details.
When is my bill due?
You can view your bill's due date directly on the home screen within your Boost Infinite app.
How do I pay my Boost Infinite bill?
All members are enrolled in AutoPay upon account activation. You can update payment and billing information in the Boost Infinite app under Settings.
How do I update my AutoPay payment method?
Within your Boost Infinite app, select Settings in the top right. Scroll down and choose the Payment Methods option. You'll see your saved payment methods at the top of the screen. You can add any credit card under the Add Payment Method section.
How do I update my billing address?
Within your Boost Infinite app select Settings in the top right. Scroll down and choose the Billing Address option. Tap Edit and enter your updated billing address. Tap Save Address to save your updated information.
