When will my order ship?

Typically, orders placed on boostinfinite.com will ship same day if you ordered before 2 p.m. MST. Orders placed after 2 p.m. MST will ship the next business day (excluding holidays and weekends).

Phone purchases ship with UPS 2nd Day Air, two business days after shipping.

Phone purchases require a signature upon delivery. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts. You also have the option to redirect your shipment to a UPS facility for pickup.

SIM Kits will arrive via UPS 2nd Day Air, two business days after shipping. Make sure your phone is unlocked, so it's ready to activate on the Boost Infinite network.

Can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a UPS tracking number, so you can keep an eye on its progress.

Note: UPS tracking information will become available after your shipment reaches the first UPS facility.
