Let's go over how to transfer your number from Visible.

To transfer your number from Visible, you’ll need:

  1. Your Visible account number — this can be found on the top right corner of your bill or in your online account.
  2. The address found on your current bill.
  3. Your Number Transfer PIN (port-out PIN). There are a couple of methods to obtain your port-out PIN. See below for more details.

There are a couple of ways to obtain your Number Transfer PIN from Visible:

  1. Visible account online and go to:
    1. Profile section → Click “Port-Out PIN: request via email”
      1. You’ll receive an email or a text message with your port out PIN.
    2. Visible app and navigate to your Account section
      1. Account Section → Click Port-Out Pin: request via email
        1. You’ll receive an email or text message with your port-out PIN.

Number Transfer PIN

Your number transfer PIN is created by Visible at your request. It is not your current security PIN on your account or the security code used to access your phone.
