How do I initiate a return on my phone?

Call us at (866) 957-7772 to initiate the return or replacement process. You have 10 days to initiate the return process from the UPS shipment date. We’ll process a refund once we receive the return.

How long does it take the receive the refund?

Once we receive your phone, it could take up to 8 weeks before you see the refund in your account.

What are the requirements for returning a phone?

Your phone(s) must be in usable condition. This means no cracks, scratches, liquid or any other physical damage. Please make sure any locking software or apps are removed or disabled. We advise you to do a Master Reset of the phone before sending it back to remove your personal emails, texts, pictures, etc. You’ll also need to pay the cost of shipping your phone back to us. Finally, make sure to return everything that came with your phone.
